20. Little Conestoga Creek
The discovery of the murdered body of Mrs. Mary Dellinger under a bridge across Little Conestoga Creek, near Lancaster, Pennsylvania, led to the very public airing of her family’s dirty laundry. Her husband, Calvin Dellinger, physically abused both Mary and their infant daughter. Mary was planning to leave her husband at the time of her death. Calvin Dellinger was a philanderer, an abusive husband, and a sadistic father, but was he a killer as well?
